Our client, situated in the city of Antwerp, is a international company in full transformation to become a sustainable mobility player.

They are, amongst other activities, a leading provider of diesel card services to B2B transport companies across Europe, with a network spanning over 600 stations. You will become part of their dedicated B2B Customer Service Team. The team consists of over 20 language speakers, including expats and local colleagues, focused on addressing customer needs effectively.

For our client located in Antwerp, Unique Maritiem is looking for a Customer Service Representative Czech - Slovak - English . As a Customer Service Representative, the following responsibilities are part of your duties:

  • Handling complex customer complaints with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Analyzing and resolving customer credit concerns promptly to prevent account blocks.
  • Effectively communicating with stakeholders throughout the process of investigating cases.
  • Providing support through various channels, such as phone calls and online platforms, to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with team members to optimize processes and improve overall customer experience.
  • Ensuring that all complaints, requests, or questions are logged, addressed, and resolved in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilizing proficiency in the local language and culture of clients for tasks such as translations and addressing related issues.
  • Proactively supporting sales and customers in minimizing credit risk by addressing outstanding payments, following up on invoicing issues, and resolving local tax concerns.

  • You should be fluent in both Slovak and Czech languages.
  • Proficiency in English is necessary to effectively communicate with the team and internal stakeholders. Every other language is a big plus.
  • Previous experience in Customer Service or related fields is preferred.
  • Familiarity with financial processes and/or credit handling is beneficial.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset are required.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
  • The ability to adapt quickly, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a team is crucial.
  • A high sense of accountability and a customer-centric approach are also important qualities for this position.
